Right now, I wish Coca-Cola was healthy. I have been drinking Coca-Cola Zero every day for a week now, and I must say that I really like the taste of it, especially during summer. I am not hooked, I am just having a good time.
First of all, I am drinking Coca-Cola Zero, because there are no calories and I like the taste better than regular Coca-Cola. That’s probably because I haven’t tasted the regular Coca-Cola for so long. The last time I tasted it, it was just way too sweet for me.
I don’t know much about why Coca-Cola is not healthy, or why it’s bad for us… it’s really just something everybody knows. We have been raised that way I guess. Our teachers and our parents have told us that since we were young, and that’s just how it is.
I know three “bad” things about Coca-Cola, and this is just coming from the top of my head.
- Regular Coca-Cola has way too much sugar. You will get fat if you drink too much, and probably a lot of other things as well.
- Coca-Cola (both regular and diet) is not good at all for your teeth. This statement is not just related to Coca-Cola but to all kinds of soft drinks.
- Diet Coke (like Coca-Cola Zero, the one I have been drinking all week) is sugar free, but it contains aspartame, and that’s not good for you at all.
I really wish that Coca-Cola was a healthy alternative. It would have been awesome, because it tastes good, it’s cheap and you can buy it everywhere.
Unlike my raw juice, which is a very healthy alternative, but very expensive, and it’s hard to find all the (exotic) ingredients (because I live in Norway) – but it tastes great though.
