This morning I had another exciting juice. I made it out of carrots, cucumber and apples. It tasted great, and it kept me “full” all the way until lunch.

I find it interesting that I can manage to only drink a couple of glasses of raw juice and that’s all I really need for up to five hours.
But when I think about it, there’s a lot of food (and energy) in the raw juice. This morning I had 9 carrots, a half cucumber and 4 apples. It ended up as two fairly large glasses of juice, but it’s a lot of food.
Even though I can make many different juices, I always tend to use both carrots and apples together. I mix various vegetables or fruits together with the carrots and the apples to add some extra taste, more food and more energy.
I’ll bet that tomorrow morning, I’ll have exactly the same juice as today.
It tasted good, it was really refreshing and I didn’t get hungry at all until lunch.
