A lot of people are eating at McDonald’s and Big Mac is a really popular burger. I am not going to tell you that it’s a healthy alternative or not, there are so many other websites that will give you a lecture about this.

For instance, take a closer look at:

- Big Mac fails the test

- The real price of a Big Mac

- Head of Cleveland Clinic is attacking Big Mac

- Anything wrong with a Big Mac a day?

I am just going to tell you about how much protein you’ll get if you eat one.

According to wikipedia, a Big Mac consists of two beef patties, iceberg lettuce, American cheese, pickles, onion and a special “Mac” sauce, served on a three part sesame seed bun.

One Big Mac contains 540 calories, total fat is 30 g, and total protein is 25 g.

This means that you’ll get a fair amount of protein if you eat a Big Mac alone, but my guess is that you’ll have fries with that. Therefore, you’ll probaly be eating way more than 25 g of protein.
