This morning I had another exciting juice. I made it out of carrots, cucumber and apples. It tasted great, and it kept me “full” all the way until lunch.

Yesterday, I told you about my week of living food. Actually, I am not sure if carrots are living food or just raw food, but I think it’s living food.

I have decided to juice my breakfast (and my late night snack) every day next week. I am going to start tomorrow morning. I bet it’s going to be an interesting week.
