INGREDIENTS Oil as Needed Ground Pepper Hot Peppers Basil Oregano 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion 2 Garlic Pieces, Minced 3 Chicken Tenders 3 Mushrooms, Sliced 1/2 Greenpepper, Chopped 1 small tomato in wedges Salt to taste Total Calories: 250 Maybe more if you have a ton of oil… I threw most of the oil away… as well as all the onions and garlic that didn't stick to the chicken and veggies because it was burnt High-Protein, Filling… and WARMING! I am no longer cold! Delicious.
